O HBC é um Christian Bible College não denominacional, carismático (cheio do Espírito), individualizado e on-line que oferece graus de nível de Associado a Doutorado baseados na Bíblia. A HBC nasceu em 2008 de uma paixão do Bispo Foreman em ver os cristãos preparados para mudar o mundo e cumprir a Grande Comissão de Jesus Cristo por meio do recebimento de educação e transmissão de qualidade. Deus está levantando líderes instruídos que são capacitados pelo Espírito para estarem na linha de frente do ministério do século XXI. HBC é para cristãos que procuram aprofundar seu relacionamento com Jesus Cristo e para aqueles que procuram treinamento bíblico avançado e prático para o ministério. A HBC não é uma fábrica de diplomas, e qualquer diploma concedido pela HBC deve ser obtido com exceção de nossos títulos honorários nos quais indicaremos seu status honorário.
